He is very reasonable, easy to communicate with, showed up as promised, and completed the work on time. We’re happy with the quality of his work. Daniel was initially subcontracted for drywall and painting associated with our kitchen renovation including moving light fixtures and switches. That work was completed so seamlessly and with such expertise that it is impossible to tell where they were in the first place. Because of that, we extended the scope of work to include repair of damaged drywall and paint of the entire downstairs. Comedically, the new kitchen introduced plumbing issues that required opening the exterior siding to repair. Once again, we called on Daniel to put everything back together. Not only did he put everything back together, he put them back together better. He even installed a few new fixtures for us. I cannot give a higher recommendation for Daniel.
